About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Social Media Coordinator to help manage and grow their online presence across multiple social media platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a creative mindset who enjoys creating engaging content, interacting with online communities, and supporting digital marketing campaigns—all while working remotely with flexible part-time hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule and publish engaging social media content.
• Manage Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter) and TikTok accounts.
• Respond to comments and messages professionally.
• Monitor engagement, followers and campaign performance.
• Assist with content planning and marketing campaigns.
• Create basic graphics using Canva or similar tools.
• Research social media trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare simple performance reports using analytics tools.
• Work closely with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of major social media platforms.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is beneficial.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous social media experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
