Role Description This full-time remote Entry Level HR Specialist role supports core human resources processes and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate personnel records, and supporting the administration of employee benefits and HR policies. The role will help answer employee inquiries, coordinate documentation, and ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations. The Entry Level HR Specialist will collaborate with HR team members and managers on basic HR projects, data reporting, and process improvements. This position is designed for individuals starting their HR career who are eager to learn, adapt, and contribute in a remote environment.
Qualifications
  • Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management, with an interest in growing HR expertise.
  • Ability to support HR Management activities, including data entry, recordkeeping, and routine HR operations.
  • Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, or willingness to learn and apply company guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees and HR team members.
  • Comfort working in a remote environment, with reliable internet access and good time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with office productivity software and HR systems or databases is beneficial.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
