Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure the delivery of efficient solutions that meet the needs of the business.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
• Create process models and workflows to help optimize business operations and ensure efficient implementation of new systems.
• Provide analytical support for ongoing projects, including documentation, testing, and user training.
• Address and resolve business challenges by identifying root causes and proposing actionable solutions.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, business process modeling, and experience with project management tools. Knowledge of tools like MS Excel, MS Visio, and SQL is a plus.
• Ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
