About The Role
We are seeking an SEO Manager eager to utilize their skills in the growing startup environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving SEO strategies in a multinational setting. In this role, you will report directly to the CEO and cooperate with marketing, growth products, content creators, and development teams to create and implement the best SEO strategy for our company.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and implement SEO and website promotion strategies: Craft comprehensive SEO plans to enhance organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic. Conduct comprehensive keyword research and opportunity analysis to identify target search terms. Build and execute local search strategies using citation building and local listings.
- Optimize website content: Ensure on-page elements like meta tags, headings, descriptions, and internal linking and content are optimized for target keywords. Identify relevant keywords that align with user intent and business objectives. Prepare the structure and semantics for new pages and products. Create dedicated landing pages and optimize all on-page elements for target keywords. Develop link-building outreach programs through relevant content, social shares, and networking.
- Test landing page variations, new content, and promotional campaigns through A/B testing.
- Perform technical SEO audits: Analyze website architecture, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability to identify technical issues and work with the development team to fix HTML, URL, and crawlability problems.
- Monitor and report on performance: Track and analyze search performance using analytics tools and third-party metrics such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Monitor rankings, backlink profiles, and search queries through various tools.
- Prepare and present strategic reports on initiatives, results, and recommendations.
- Forecast the SEO budget and assess the cost effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Implement SEO best practices by working with content creators, developers, and marketing and growth product teams.
What You Bring:
- Experience: Several years of hands-on SEO experience in the EU, UK, and/or US/Canada markets, preferably in the TravelTech, LegalTech, or related sectors. We would like to see and discuss in detail the portfolio of your accomplishments and case studies.
- Track record of raising organic traffic and business metrics such as CPA, ROI, etc. through SEO activities.
- Data analysis and problem-solving aptitude to derive insights from statistics and report on them to the CEO to make informed decisions on the SEO performance optimization.
- Technical proficiency: Proven experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.
- Expert knowledge of on-page and technical SEO best practices.
- Strong keyword research and competitive analysis abilities.
- Experience with link-building outreach programs for topical, recent, and evergreen links.
- Knowledge of local search techniques like Google My Business and Citations. Familiarity with using databases for citation and backlink auditing.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS for Audit, and fixing common technical problems.
- Experience in landing page variations testing and new content or promotional campaigns through A/B testing.
- Educational background: A degree in marketing or equivalent. If you do not have a related degree, we will expect you to prove your technical skills and willingness to constant professional development through SEO and marketing-related additional courses completed and certificates obtained.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
- Fluency in English.

Job Type: Indefinite service agreement contract.
