We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new business opportunities and support company growth. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, target-driven, and skilled at building relationships and starting meaningful sales conversations.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business leads through outreach and research
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn engagement to generate opportunities
- Book meetings and demos for the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information
- Research target markets, industries, and potential clients
- Develop strong relationships with prospects and decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and outreach activities
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong motivation to achieve targets
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Based in Australia with full working rights

- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with SaaS or B2B sales environments
- Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification frameworks
- Experience in outbound prospecting or inside sales roles
