Our client, a fast-growing SaaS business, is looking for an experienced HR Systems Administrator to join their group-level HR team in a fully remote, permanent role.
You’ll be the go-to expert for their HR systems—Workday or Iris Cascade (essential)—and will drive smarter people decisions by delivering high-quality insights using Power BI. This is a key role bridging HR, data, and technology across the wider group.
This is a fully remote role, and can be either a full time or part time position!
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and enhance the group’s HRIS (Workday or Iris Cascade)
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to support HR and business stakeholders
- Act as a business/systems analyst within HR—gathering requirements, improving processes, and driving system adoption
- Ensure system integrity, compliance, and data accuracy across entities
You’ll Need
- Proven experience with Workday or Iris Cascade (must-have)
- Strong Power BI skills (DAX, dashboards, data modeling)
- A business analyst mindset and a solid understanding of HR processes
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally in a remote setup
