About the Role
Addtronics is seeking a driven and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruiting across the organization. In this remote role, you’ll take full ownership of the recruitment process for Addtronics and its five operating companies, hiring top talent across engineering, field service, operations, sales, and accounting!
This is a fast-paced, role where you’ll be the sole recruiter responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, refining our hiring strategies, and partnering directly with business leaders across diverse industries, including automation, robotics, and life sciences. It’s an ideal fit for someone who thrives in autonomy, loves variety, and can pivot quickly between technical and corporate roles.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions and operating companies.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop precise job descriptions, scorecards, and hiring strategies.
- Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and industry networks.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates across specialized technical, operational, and leadership roles.
- Measure success using data-driven recruiting metrics (KPIs, scorecards, and performance outcomes).
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Manage and optimize recruitment tools (ATS, job boards, HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Support an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires.
- Stay current on market and industry trends to guide strategic hiring decisions.
- Represent Addtronics at career events and industry gatherings to enhance employer branding.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in robotics, automation, life sciences, or engineering industries.
- Proven record of success in sourcing and hiring technical talent.
- Strong understanding of recruiting strategies, platforms, and competitive talent markets.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring teams alike.
- A proactive, “figure-it-out” attitude and self-starter mindset.
- Creative and resourceful problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for connecting great talent to meaningful work.
Benefits
- Base Salary: $75,000–$85,000 + Commission (OTE Year 1: $110,000–$125,000)
