Product Analyst – Retail Media / Martech
🌎 Location: Fully Remote (Must work Eastern Time Zone hours)
💰 Rate: $31/hr on W-2

Position Overview
We are seeking a Product Analyst to support analytics, insights, and strategy for Retail Media / Martech products across in-store, onsite, and offsite marketing channels. This role will play a key part in analyzing product performance, supporting product development, and shaping an emerging omnichannel marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical and technical skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive product and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Analytics
- Analyze performance of retail media and marketing technology products across multiple channels
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics throughout the product lifecycle
- Support product development efforts by informing requirements and evaluating post-launch performance
- Identify product gaps, opportunities, and trends through data-driven insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support product roadmap and prioritization
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Ad Hoc Analysis
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to support strategic and urgent business questions
- Use SQL and BI tools to extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets
- Deliver timely insights that influence product, marketing, and business decisions
- Perform data validation, QA, and troubleshooting of reporting and data pipelines
Omnichannel Strategy Support
- Partner with product managers, data science, and marketing teams to support omnichannel initiatives
- Analyze cross-channel performance and customer behavior
- Assist in building measurement frameworks for evaluating marketing effectiveness
- Support test-and-learn initiatives to improve personalization, attribution, and campaign performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong experience with SQL and data analysis
- Experience working with BI tools and dashboards
- Understanding of product analytics or marketing analytics
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
