Marketing Executive (Must be fluent in German & based in Germany)

Our client is a growing, consumer-focused brand expanding its presence across Europe, with Germany a key strategic market. As part of continued investment in regional marketing, they are hiring a Marketing Executive to help deliver impactful, localised campaigns. You’ll join a collaborative international team, working closely with UK stakeholders and external partners to ensure marketing activity resonates with German audiences while maintaining strong brand consistency.

The Marketing Executive will play a hands-on role in executing multi-channel campaigns, adapting global content for the German market and coordinating stakeholders to ensure delivery is accurate, timely and commercially effective.

Role Highlights

– Support and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, email, social and retail channels

– Localise marketing assets to ensure cultural relevance and brand alignment

– Coordinate rollout of content including blogs, email and retail toolkits

– Partner with sales teams and retailers to activate in-store marketing activity

– Track campaign performance and maintain clear reporting and documentation

You Will Need

– 2 years’ experience in a marketing role within a consumer or retail environment

– Broad understanding of digital, content, SEO, paid media and social channels

– Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail

– Confident communication skills across internal teams and external partners

– Fluency in German and English, with current residence in Germany
