As an experienced Project Manager with almost 5 years experience I have had the responsibilities of working directly with clients to coordinate and complete projects on time within budget and within scope. Overseeing all aspects of projects by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, preparing reports for upper management and clients regarding the status of the project and monitoring and summarising progress of projects throughout the project life cycle. I also have a varied background in challenging roles within retail, on site and office based roles. With a great deal of knowledge of customer service principles and practices as well as sales/telesales, administrative and financial controls and office management/operations and in most recent years in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis within project coordination and management. I am an excellent communicator with great client-facing and internal communication skills, performing a variety of tasks at the same time as well as leading and directing the work of other team members. I work well under pressure to meet deadlines and in a fast-paced environment and supporting my team in being a team leader/player. I am also very confident in taking the lead and leading my team by assigning workload and assisting when needed, as well as working on my own as I have a problem-solving aptitude. Strategic and detail-oriented with outstanding organisational skills, time management, planning, and problem-solving skills. Keen to develop my skills further I have recently obtained Prince2 foundation certificate and will also obtain certificate for both Prince2 Practitioner and Prince2 agile.
