Hi, I'm Rehan! I support small businesses and entrepreneurs with their bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting tasks using QuickBooks and Xero. If your records are messy, incomplete, or you’re unsure about your numbers, I can help organize everything and give you a clear financial picture. I can assist with setting up your company file, organizing your chart of accounts, recording sales and expenses, managing invoices and bills, and keeping your data properly structured. I also handle bank and credit card reconciliations to make sure your records match your actual balances and any errors or missing entries are identified and corrected. If you are struggling with unorganized data, you can simply share your bank statements, transaction records, or existing files. I will clean, categorize, and structure the data so it becomes usable and accurate. From there, I can prepare basic financial reports such as Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet so you can understand how your business is performing. I am also comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, which helps me manage, organize, and analyze financial data efficiently. I have over 2 years of learning and practical exposure in accounting and bookkeeping through my studies and continuous practice. Currently, I am pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA), where I have completed my initial level and passed 5 papers of the next stage, with the remaining in progress, aiming to become a CA Finalist in 2026. Most of my skills have been developed during this journey through consistent learning and application, which helps me approach tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
