In my previous role at the County Government of Kakamega, during my attachment, I was able to prepare lists of training and development of employees and there needs after assessment, did sallary progression of promoted staff, and dealt with disciplinary cases by preparation of shawcause letters, preparations of the Training Needs Assessment forms of various departments,attending meetings and retirement and pension schemes.
