Focus: Own the creation of all strategic content across the customer journey—driving engagement, education, and retention for dental groups and DSOs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage high-impact content including case studies, white papers, blog posts, customer testimonials, and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success to identify valuable stories and translate them into compelling content.
• Support product marketing with messaging frameworks, buyer personas, and launch content.
• Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns, product launches, and market trends.
• Manage speaker reference programs and customer participation in webinars, panels, and reviews.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or customer marketing—preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• The ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives.
• Strong project management.
