_Role Description: International Loan Broker (Contract – Remote)_Zambelli International Consulting LLC

We are currently seeking skilled and highly motivated Loan Brokers to join our international advisory and financial structuring division under a contractual remote arrangement in the United Kingdom .

This role plays a vital part in supporting our clients in accessing cross-border financial instruments and customized funding solutions for both personal and corporate purposes across multiple jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, United States, and the United Arab Emirates.__Key Responsibilities__Conduct comprehensive assessments of investors needs for:

1. Asset-Based Lending (ABL)
2. Asset-Backed Financing (ABF)
3. Structured Debt Financing & Refinancing
4. Debt Restructuring Programs
5. Securitization and Monetization of Receivables and Assets
6. Source and evaluate domestic and international loan opportunities from regulated institutional lenders, private banking entities, and credit funds.
7. Negotiate commercial loan terms and ensure the best-fit funding strategy for each client, in alignment with their operational, financial, and jurisdictional risk profiles.
8. Provide strategic guidance through all phases of the loan application, credit underwriting, and disbursement processes.
9. Maintain ongoing professional relationships with lenders, credit analysts, financial sponsors, and clients.

Ensure full compliance with:

• UK: Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Money Laundering Regulations 2017 (MLR), and HMRC Tax Disclosure Frameworks
• USA: Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), Federal Reserve regulations, and AML/CFT frameworks under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
• UAE: Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), and UAE Federal Law No. (20) of 2018 on AML/CFT
• Global: FATF (Financial Action Task Force) standards and international sanctions policies.

Qualifications & Competencies

Proven experience in loan brokerage, debt advisory, or financial structuring (minimum 3–5 years preferred)

• Strong financial analysis, credit modeling, and term sheet evaluation skills
• Excellent negotiation and client relationship management capabilities
• Deep understanding of cross-border lending regulations, capital structuring, and KYC/AML compliance
• Fluency in
• English; additional languages are an asset
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel modeling, and secure data sharing platforms
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, Law, or Economics
• Experience in regulated financial or legal institutions is highly desirable

Contractual Terms

• This is a remote position with international jurisdictional exposure
• Engagement governed by:
• A Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
• A Fundraising Services Agreement (FSA) specifying a 2,5 % or 3% % success-based commission on the total funded amount, plus applicable taxes in the operational jurisdiction
• Commissions payable within 10 business days of fund disbursement to the client account, subject to audit confirmation
