We help airlines, airports, and aviation businesses thrive across Australia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and beyond.

The opportunity:

We’re on the hunt for an ambitious and customer-focused Aviation Sales Consultant to drive our growth across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

This is a remote role, offering flexible hours, autonomy, and high earning potential. Your mission? Build lasting client partnerships by promoting Z Aviation Consulting and ezeops services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify, connect, and close new business opportunities across the APAC region.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to proposals to closing deals.
  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key aviation decision-makers.
  • Represent our brand with confidence at client meetings (virtual and in-person).
  • Work independently, manage your pipeline, and smash your targets.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 5 years’ experience selling aviation consultancy services.
  • Is ambitious, self-driven, and thrives without micromanagement.
  • Has a strong aviation network (airlines, airports, service providers).
  • Communicates confidently and builds rapport easily.
  • Stays resilient, positive, and focused in a fast-moving sales environment.
  • Is flexible with working hours to align with client needs across time zones.
  • Ability to travel within the region if required.
