What will you do?
- Provide professional email-based Player Support to League of Legends players
- Assist players with questions related to their accounts and gaming experience
- Investigate player inquiries and provide clear, helpful, and personalized solutions
- Resolve customer cases efficiently while maintaining a high standard of written communication
- Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when required
- Document player interactions and follow internal processes accurately
- Maintain high levels of player satisfaction and service quality
- Develop a strong understanding of the game, its systems, and the player experience
- Collaborate with an international team in a fast-paced gaming environment
- Represent the gaming community with professionalism, empathy, and a player-first mindset
Candidate profile
- Fluent in German and English
- Interest in gaming is an advantage
- Excellent written communication skills
- Customer-focused with a genuine desire to help players
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating with customers exclusively through written channels
- Able to work independently while contributing to an international team
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and multicultural environment
- Previous customer support or gaming experience is an advantage
- Flexible, adaptable, and motivated to relocate to Sofia
