Role Description This full-time remote Performance Marketing Manager role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across channels to drive predictable and profitable customer acquisition. The person in this position will manage performance media (such as paid social, paid search, and other digital platforms), set clear KPIs, and oversee tracking and attribution to ensure results are measurable and actionable. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing performance data, running experiments and A/B tests, collaborating on creative strategy and testing, and refining audience segmentation and bidding strategies. The role also involves building reporting frameworks that provide full-funnel visibility, communicating insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients, and continuously improving the performance engine using a Human > AI > Human workflow. This role suits someone who enjoys combining analytical rigor with strategic thinking and is comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Strong performance marketing expertise, including experience with paid social, paid search, and other digital acquisition channels.
- Proficiency in analytics, reporting, and attribution, including comfort with tools such as Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, and funnel analysis.
- Experience with experimentation and optimization, including A/B testing, creative testing, audience segmentation, and bid/ budget optimization.
- Ability to collaborate on strategy and creative, working closely with cross-functional partners to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Comfort working with AI-enabled tools for campaign management, analysis, and workflow acceleration, while applying human judgment to final decisions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights, recommendations, and presentations for stakeholders or clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing time, priorities, and multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in performance marketing.
- Experience in high-growth environments (e.g., SaaS, eCommerce, B2B services) and familiarity with building scalable acquisition systems is a plus.
