Hence, we are looking for a Graphic Designer to help us in translating Vita’s brand identity in real, visual content.
Purpose of the Role
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for translating Vita Health’s brand identity into high-quality visual assets across social media, performance campaigns, CRM communications, for both B2C and B2B materials. This includes designing static visuals and producing basic short-form video edits to support content and campaign needs. The role ensures visual consistency and creative excellence, enabling faster execution, improved creative performance, and a cohesive, scalable brand presence across all touchpoint.
What You’ll Own
- Create high-quality static visual assets for social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) in line with Vita Health’s brand identity.
- Design performance creatives for paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Produce basic short-form video edits (reels, TikTok, social ads) to support editorial and campaign needs.
- Develop visual assets for CRM communications (email headers, templates, infographics, illustrations).
- Collaborate to the creation of presentation materials, B2B decks, and partner/event visuals with clear, professional layout design.
- Maintain visual consistency across all channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and tone.
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager, Content Strategist, and Performance Team to ensure messaging and creative are cohesive and impactful.
- Continuously iterate and optimize assets based on performance insights, testing new formats and visual approaches.
- Contribute to the evolution of the visual identity during design initiatives.
What success looks like – 30/60/90 days30 Days
- Fully onboarded into Vita Health’s brand identity, tone, and existing guidelines.
- Understand key channels, audiences, and creative performance benchmarks.
- Deliver first static and video assets for social and CRM, with support and feedback loops.
- Establish a smooth workflow with the Social Media Manager, Content and Performance team.
60 Days
- Independently produce consistent, on-brand visual assets across social, CRM, and performance campaigns.
- Begin creating B2B and presentation materials aligned with visual identity standards. - Improve creative production speed and iteration cycles.
- Introduce first optimizations in layout, format, or visual storytelling based on performance insights.
90 Days
- Fully own the creative production pipeline with minimal feedback cycles.
- Demonstrate measurable improvement in creative quality and performance (CTR, engagement, visual recall).
- Contribute to evolving visual identity elements and templates to scale creative output.
- Operate as a creative reference point across teams, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence.
Ideal ProfileHard Skills
- Good proficiency in visual design and layout for digital channels.
- Ability to create and edit static assets (Canva, Figma or Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop).
- Ability to edit basic short-form videos (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
- Understanding of social visual formats and performance creative best practices.
- Experience producing visual assets for: → Social (IG/TikTok/LinkedIn) → Performance ads (Meta, TikTok, Google) → CRM/Email newsletters → Presentations / B2B decks - Basic knowledge of branding principles and application across touchpoints.
Soft Skills
- Strong aesthetic sensitivity and attention to visual detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests with prioritization.
- Clear communication and ability to receive + integrate feedback constructively.
- Collaborative mindset when working with Performance, Content and Product teams.
- Proactive attitude in proposing new visual ideas, references, and format testing.
- Fluent Italian (primary language for day-to-day collaboration and understanding context).
- Professional English (for internal communication and occasional materials).
