Project Manager – HVAC / BMS - Fully Remote - Up to £50,000 per annum

My client are looking for a Project Manager with strong HVAC and Building Management Systems (BMS) experience to manage multiple service-led projects. You will be responsible for planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of HVAC/BMS service projects
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• Create and maintain project schedules and action plans
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and resources
• Monitor progress, risks, and project budgets
• Review scopes of work and manage change control
• Track KPIs and provide regular project updates

Required Experience

• Proven Project Management experience within HVAC and BMS environments
• Strong technical understanding of BMS systems
• Experience managing multiple service or maintenance projects
• Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
