- Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Crypto Project Manager at VI Group. The Crypto Project Manager will oversee end-to-end planning and delivery of blockchain and cryptocurrency-related initiatives, including defining project scope, timelines, and milestones. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring clear communication on project progress and risks. The individual will track resource allocation, budgets, and dependencies, while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and best practices in the crypto domain. The Crypto Project Manager will prepare reports and documentation, support continuous improvement of project processes, and collaborate with technical and business teams to drive successful delivery of crypto projects.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including Project Management, Expeditor, and Expediting experience for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Experience with Inspection and quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet technical and regulatory requirements.
- Logistics Management expertise to coordinate resources, timelines, and dependencies across distributed teams and external partners.
- Proven experience managing blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech projects, with understanding of common protocols, wallets, and security practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote and multicultural environments.
Compensation
- Base salary: $120,000–$200,000 per year, paid in USD.
- Annual performance bonus of up to 15–25% of base, on company and role goals written at the start of the cycle. Pay is not tied to trading performance.
