As we continue our European expansion, we are seeking a highly driven and commercially minded Talent Acquisition Manager to build and scale our customer-facing teams across multiple regions.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be fully responsible for identifying, attracting, evaluating, and onboarding top-tier customer-facing talent across Europe.

This role focuses exclusively on commercial and operational hiring, including:

• Sales Managers

• Business Development Representatives

• Account Executives

• Customer Success Managers

• Technical Support Staff

• Customer Support Specialists

• Commercial Operations personnel

Primary hiring markets include:

• Spain

• Netherlands

• Greece

• The Balkans

The successful candidate will work closely with the CRO and leadership team to create scalable recruitment processes and ensure a high-quality hiring experience from sourcing through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Market Research

• Research and identify high-potential customer-facing professionals across European markets.

• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Utilize LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, networking, referrals, and direct outreach to source candidates.

• Conduct competitor and market talent mapping across relevant industries.

Recruitment & Job Advertising

• Create and publish compelling job advertisements across relevant platforms.

• Develop detailed and role-specific Job Descriptions in collaboration with the CRO and hiring managers.

• Manage recruitment campaigns across multiple European regions and languages where required.

Interview Process Design & Execution

• Design structured interview processes for all customer-facing roles together with the CRO.

• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.

• Conduct first and second-stage interviews to assess commercial capability, communication skills, cultural alignment, industry fit, and customer-facing professionalism.

• Present shortlisted candidates with clear evaluation summaries.

Candidate Experience & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between candidates and the organisation throughout the hiring process.

• Ensure a professional, responsive, and high-quality candidate experience.

• Maintain strong communication with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

Onboarding & Integration

• Support the development of onboarding programs and training materials.

• Coordinate candidate integration during the onboarding period.

• Ensure smooth transition from hiring to operational readiness.

• Assist in establishing scalable onboarding best practices across regions.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR focused on commercial/customer-facing roles.

• Proven experience recruiting sales and support professionals across European markets.

• Strong understanding of modern sourcing and recruitment methodologies.

• Experience building structured interview and hiring processes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Fluent English is mandatory.

• Additional languages such as Spanish, Dutch, and/or Greek are considered a strong advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Experience hiring for technology, infrastructure, energy, IoT, smart city, or lighting sectors.

• Experience recruiting across Spain, Netherlands, Greece, and Balkan markets.

• Familiarity with CRM and ATS platforms.

• Experience supporting remote and cross-border teams.
