Web Developer – Freelance

This role involves leading the complete rebuild of a professional services website for a real estate mergers and acquisitions firm. The project requires a strategic approach to web development, focusing on a modern, streamlined design that communicates authority and clarity to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will deliver a modular, scalable solution that empowers non-technical marketing teams to manage and update content with ease. The website must support confidential, relationship-driven messaging and be optimized for answer-engine optimization (AEO) and future content expansion. The project encompasses all phases from planning and design to launch and post-launch support, with a strong emphasis on usability, SEO, and seamless integration with CRM and marketing tools. Deliverables

• Develop a comprehensive website strategy and project plan tailored to the real estate M&A sector
• Create wireframes and a robust design system with clean typography and intuitive navigation
• Build the website on a user-friendly platform that enables easy content management by internal teams

Requirements
