Job Description

Posted on: May 21, 2026

This role is focused on driving the digital presence and brand engagement for a new premium sportswear line entering the Australian market. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing a content strategy that highlights the brand’s bold colors, engineered fits, and technical features, setting it apart from traditional neutral-toned activewear. The ideal professional will have a keen eye for visual storytelling, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to connect with an audience that values both style and performance. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s identity and building a loyal community ahead of and following the product launch. Deliverables

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content calendar tailored to the Australian activewear market.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, emphasizing the brand’s unique visual identity.
  • Collaborate with photographers, designers, and influencers to produce high-quality visual and written content.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages to foster brand loyalty.
  • Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns for product launches and ongoing promotions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media and content creation for fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative content and successful social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and brand building.
  • Understanding of the Australian market and trends in activewear and digital engagement.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving brand needs.
  • Availability for ongoing collaboration, with flexibility for remote work.
