Freelance Digital Marketing – B2B Lead Gen

This role is focused on driving B2B lead generation for a web app development agency and a premium AI brand, targeting prospects in the US, Western Europe, and Switzerland. The successful candidate will take ownership of the entire growth marketing strategy, from developing ideal customer profiles and positioning to executing multi-channel campaigns. You will be responsible for building and optimizing landing pages, managing conversion flows, conducting cold outreach, creating LinkedIn content, and leveraging SEO and partnerships to generate sales-qualified leads. The position is fully remote, offering flexible working hours and regular collaboration aligned with Romanian business hours. An initial three-month assessment period and a paid one-day task are included.

Deliverables

• Develop and execute end-to-end B2B lead generation strategies
• Build and optimize landing pages using WordPress or similar tools
• Create and manage conversion flows and lead magnets
• Conduct cold outreach and manage LinkedIn content campaigns
• Implement SEO tactics and establish strategic partnerships
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using GA4 and Search Console
• Ensure GDPR compliance in all prospecting activities
• Collaborate regularly with the team during Romanian working hours
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of B2B lead generation or growth marketing experience for service, agency, or SaaS businesses
• Demonstrated success in campaign execution and pipeline generation
• Excellent written English and copywriting skills
• Proficiency with WordPress or equivalent landing page builders
• Strong understanding of outreach deliverability and GDPR-compliant prospecting
• Experience with GA4, Search Console, and AI-assisted marketing workflows
• Ability to work independently as a remote contractor
