We are seeking a Sales and Trade Coordinator for the ANZ region to support our sales and marketing teams in executing key business functions. This role involves processing orders, managing inventory, coordinating marketing events and materials, handling product submissions, and overseeing sales performance through data analysis. Additionally, the coordinator will manage and optimize our presence on Amazon via Vendor Central.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Inventory Management

  • Process and track sales orders (EDI and manual) to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate inventory supply with internal Operations and Logistics teams.
  • Support sales reporting, including Sell Thru performance analysis and forecasting.
  • Assist in preparing product submissions for retailers and e-commerce platforms.
  • Provide administrative support for sales promotions, including the claim finalization process.

Trade Coordination

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Organize and support trade shows, events, and retailer marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including product images, descriptions, and promotional content.
  • Monitor retail partner websites to ensure all imagery and product information is current and correct.

Amazon Vendor Central & E-Commerce Support

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Vendor Central to ensure accuracy and optimal visibility.
  • Track and analyze sales performance on Amazon and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Assist in handling compliance issues, and advertising efforts on the platform.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, marketing, or e-commerce (preferably in consumer electronics, gaming, or retail).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive industry with shifting priorities.
