We’ve built a loyal customer base across the globe through unique designs and content that inspires adventure. Now, we’re looking to scale our organic presence on Instagram and TikTok with a dedicated Social Media Manager.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to take ownership of Tucann’s organic growth across Instagram and TikTok. This role is about more than posting content—it’s about deeply understanding our target demographic, leveraging cultural trends, and building a strong community around the Tucann lifestyle.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Growth, Video Editor, and Design Team to craft compelling, platform-native content that captures attention and drives engagement.

This role is part time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Tucann’s organic growth strategy on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent posting aligned with campaigns and product launches.
  • Collaborate with the creative team (video editor & designers) to produce high-quality, scroll-stopping content.
  • Stay on top of trends, sounds, and formats relevant to our audience and adapt them to the Tucann brand.
  • Write engaging, on-brand captions and CTAs to drive community interaction.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, etc.) and optimize strategy accordingly.
  • Actively engage with our community by responding to comments, DMs, and fostering authentic conversations.
  • Work with the Head of Growth to test and iterate on new ideas that push organic performance forward.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Instagram and TikTok for a consumer-facing brand (preferably fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce).
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and growth strategies.
  • A creative thinker with a knack for producing content that feels native to each platform.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with attention to detail and brand voice.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creatives (video editors, designers, copywriters).
  • Analytical mindset with experience using social insights and analytics tools.
  • Passion for lifestyle, fashion, and creating content that resonates with audiences.
