We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to play a key role in shaping the technical direction of highly scalable products and systems. This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while influencing architecture, engineering standards, and product delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
✅ Leading technical design and execution of critical engineering initiatives
✅ Building scalable, reliable systems across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure
✅ Remaining hands-on with coding, architecture, code reviews, debugging, and production support
✅ Driving key technical decisions around scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance
✅ Mentoring engineers and raising the engineering bar across multiple teams
✅ Translating complex business problems into practical technical solutions
What We're Looking For
✔ 7+ years of software engineering experience
✔ Strong expertise in backend, frontend, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, APIs, or databases
✔ Proven experience designing and scaling production systems
✔ Strong coding skills and a desire to stay hands-on
✔ Experience leading major technical projects from concept through delivery
✔ Ability to influence technical direction and solve complex engineering challenges
Nice to Have

➕ Experience working across multiple products, regions, or international teams
