🌟 Senior Business Development Manager – Retail & Marketplace (Madrid-based) 🌟

📍 Location: Madrid or Community of Madrid (Fully Remote – with client visits!)

💶 Salary: €45,000–€55,000 + Performance Bonus

Fluent Spanish and professional English required

Are you a natural networker with a passion for retail, e-commerce, and closing deals?

We're hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across Spain and Portugal by forging high-impact retail partnerships across multiple categories — from fashion to fitness, tech to beauty.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own and grow business development across the Spanish & Portuguese retail markets
  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new retail partners across fashion, beauty, tech, sports, and lifestyle
  • Lead the full sales cycle — from outreach to negotiation, closing, and onboarding
  • Represent the business at events and client meetings
  • Keep CRM up to date and report on sales performance
  • Strategize and experiment to improve retail acquisition

Who You Are:

  • 3–4+ years’ experience in B2B sales or business development
  • A strong network in the retail sector (fashion, beauty, sports, lifestyle, tech)
  • Excellent communicator — confident both virtually and in person
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Fluent in Spanish, professional English (Portuguese is a bonus!)
  • Comfortable in a hybrid role: remote work + regular travel to meet clients
