# Entry Level Data Science and Analyst (Remote)
## About the Role
Jobsultant Solutions is seeking an Entry Level Data Science and Analyst to analyze complex data, develop actionable insights, and support strategic business decisions. The role involves working with business users and cross-functional teams across areas including contact center performance, digital self-service, partner reporting, marketing channel effectiveness, customer experience, and Claims/Billing.
This is a permanent, fully remote, home-based position for candidates located in the United States. The analyst will translate business requirements and unstructured business issues into data analytics problems, conduct statistical analysis, develop reports and dashboards, and communicate findings to stakeholders and analytics leaders.
## Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business users to analyze data across Roadside business areas.
* Analyze contact center performance, digital self-service, partner reporting, marketing channel effectiveness, customer experience, and Claims/Billing data.
* Collect, analyze, and evaluate data to address strategic problems and track project performance.
* Synthesize raw data into clear, actionable information.
* Conduct in-depth data analysis using traditional and advanced statistical methods.
* Assess trends and interpret data to identify important business issues.
* Gather and document business requirements for stakeholders and Data Scientist/Business Intelligence teams.
* Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets.
* Design and produce regular and ad-hoc analyses, reports, and dashboards.
* Communicate data-driven insights effectively to stakeholders.
* Provide technical assistance and cross-training to team members.
* Train and assist users with generating ad-hoc reports.
* Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes.
* Translate business requirements and unstructured business issues into data analytics problems.
* Establish best practices for data testing and profiling to support data accuracy and proper operation.
* Communicate technical analyses and results to analytics leaders.
* Manage multiple projects concurrently.
## Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Programming, or a related field.
* 5–7 years of experience in data preparation, data analysis, and statistical toolsets.
* Experience with data analytics tools including Tableau, SQL, R, and Python.
* Proficiency in statistics.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
* Detail-oriented and self-motivated approach.
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and offshore teams.
* Ability to work remotely from within the United States.
* Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident authorized to work in the United States.
