## About the Role
Blab is seeking a Data Analyst to join its Data & AI team. Reporting to the Director of Data Analytics & AI, you will build dashboards, prepare reports, and conduct analysis across a broad range of organizational topics.
The role focuses on developing reusable data assets, improving data usability, and turning data into clear insights that support decision-making across a global organization. You will have the opportunity to develop an increasingly independent analyst career while working with guidance from senior team members.
## Key Responsibilities
* Build dashboards that provide clear and useful insights for organizational teams.
* Prepare reports to support business and organizational decision-making.
* Conduct data analysis across areas including growth, communications, standards, and impact.
* Develop reusable data assets to improve the accessibility and usability of data.
* Analyze data and translate findings into meaningful insights.
* Contribute to improving overall data usability across the organization.
* Work under the guidance of the Director of Data Analytics & AI and senior team members.
* Develop increasing independence and ownership as a data analyst.
* Collaborate with teams across a global organization to support data-driven work.
