As part of the Marketing team, you will create compelling visual concepts and consistent brand assets for campaigns, digital experiences, sales materials, events, and social media.

This hands-on role involves taking projects from initial concept through final execution while balancing creative quality with business objectives. You will collaborate with Marketing, Content, Product, and Sales teams to translate ideas and messaging into polished visual experiences.

InMarket is also interested in designers who are curious about artificial intelligence and how AI-enabled tools can improve creative workflows, experimentation, and design processes. The position is remote and open to candidates in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine InMarket’s visual identity across marketing channels, customer touchpoints, and business initiatives.
  • Create original visual concepts and reusable creative systems for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand projects.
  • Design high-quality, brand-consistent assets for websites, landing pages, social media, presentations, sales collateral, events, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, design systems, and reusable visual assets.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Product, and Sales teams to translate business priorities and messaging into effective visual concepts.
  • Manage design projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring work meets creative standards and business objectives.
  • Help establish creative standards and improve the quality and consistency of design work across the organization.
  • Explore new creative formats, design tools, and AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and support experimentation.
  • Adapt creative solutions to different audiences, channels, and campaign requirements while maintaining a distinctive brand identity.

Required Qualifications

  • Two to four years of experience in brand design, graphic design, marketing design, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills, brand thinking, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.
  • Experience applying a consistent brand identity across multiple channels and formats.
  • Experience creating marketing materials such as landing pages, presentations, sales collateral, campaign assets, or event materials.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate a creative brief or business objective into a clear visual direction.
  • Ability to take ownership of design projects from concept through execution with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working with or developing brand guidelines, templates, and design systems.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using AI tools in creative workflows or a genuine interest in developing AI-enabled design processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating social media content, motion graphics, video, or digital design assets.
  • Background in advertising technology (AdTech), marketing technology (MarTech), SaaS, data, media, or other technology-related industries.
  • Interest in exploring new creative approaches and improving design workflows through experimentation.
