Location: Remote (must be located in one of the following Central or Mountain Time Zones: Phoenix, AZ; Salt Lake City, UT; Houston, Dallas, TX; Kansas City, MO; Louisville, KY; Chicago, IL; Birmingham, AL; Nashville, TN) Schedule: Full-time Fisher Phillips, a premier international labor and employment law firm, is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Business Development team. This role is responsible for creating on-brand marketing materials across digital, video, and print media, while also serving as a steward of the firm's centralized brand governance model. The position includes oversight of long-shelf-life brand assets to ensure compliance with the firm's brand standards and supporting the implementation of templates and standard materials into the firm's systems. The Graphic Designer will report the Senior Creative Services & Design Manager. The ideal candidate will bring creative and original ideas, a keen eye for detail, organizational skills to support a scalable design foundation, and the ability to work harmoniously with cross-functional teams to champion the Fisher Phillips brand system. Key Responsibilities Work with the Creative Services & Design team to create compelling and effective marketing materials across a variety of media types, consistently applying the firm's brand identity. Materials created or maintained will include (but are not limited to) social media graphics, PPT presentations, video, Word publications/datasheets, digital and printed collateral, event invitations and materials, advertisements, email campaigns, and other assets as assigned. Serve as the point of contact or lead designer for long-shelf-life brand assets and templates hosted in Templafy, ensuring brand compliance and overseeing updates in collaboration with brand strategy. Maintain and update standard documents, recurring-use creative assets, and the firm's photo library in alignment with brand governance standards. Use SharePoint, project management tools and automations to track and manage requests, monitor deadlines, and maintain visibility into active projects. Support the Creative Services, Marketing & Business Development teams and the firm in executing campaigns and larger integrated projects, ensuring brand alignment. Participate in brainstorming sessions and proactively recommend creative solutions that best meet stakeholder needs. Work through multiple design iterations based on feedback, while guiding stakeholders toward brand-compliant outcomes. Champion the firm's brand system, acting as a resource and advocate for visual consistency and governance best practices. Maintain organized file structures and version control for working files to protect the design foundation. Requirements Ability to work through all stages of design from concept to completion. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat); After Effects, Dreamweaver, and CSS/HTML knowledge a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - particularly PowerPoint and Word; Excel skills a plus. Experience with SharePoint, metadata tagging, and document version control. Familiarity with template management systems such as Templafy; emphasis on design quality and brand compliance, not platform administration. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and maintain a scalable design foundation. Strong knowledge of design principles, composition, color theory, branding, and style guides. Knowledge of and interest in current design and marketing trends. Consistently review existing processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement leveraging best practices, new technology, and project management tools. Strong attention to detail, grammar, spelling, and proofing for content and context. Time management and multitasking abilities. Willingness to learn and expand skillset; ability to integrate feedback into improved deliverables. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and build harmonious relationships across departments. Qualifications AA/BA/BS degree required. Marketing/Graphic design degree preferred. In-house/brand-side experience in supporting marketing or business development in business-to-business professional services setting. Portfolio required.
