Tiello has partnered with a highly regarded Structural Steel Fabricator & Erector in the greater Atlanta, GA area on the search for a *Remote* Structural Steel Project Manager to join their growing team.


As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of structural steel fabrication and erection for construction projects. You will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will also work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet all specifications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee structural steel fabrication and installation projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the fabrication and installation phases.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, budget status, and timelines.
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate with the project team to ensure successful project execution.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy in all project phases.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in structural steel fabrication or a related field.
  • TEKLA EPM software is required
  • Blue Beam software knowledge is required
  • Ability to travel to job sites when necessary
  • Safe space to work remotely/proven structure/set-up
  • Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication processes, materials, and building codes.
  • Proven track record of managing complex fabrication projects within the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management software and construction management tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
