UGC Creator Outreach Manager for Thrivin Gymwear

Core responsibility: Build a consistent pipeline of high-quality UGC creators.

Creator Outreach

• Daily outreach to UGC creators (TikTok / IG / email)
• Source creators aligned with Thrivin’s target audience
• Manage communication, briefs, and expectations
• Negotiate deliverables (hooks, formats, usage rights)

UGC Production

• Ensure creators deliver content on time
• Review UGC quality before handoff to creative team
• Request revisions where needed
• Organise UGC library (raw + edited)

Scaling & Optimisation

• Track creator performance (who converts, who doesn’t)
• Build a list of repeat / winning creators
• Improve briefs based on performance feedback
• Coordinate closely with Creative Director
