About:
The Luxury Home Show is a global media platform and production company showcasing the extraordinary homes to millions of viewers on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
We’re looking for a highly organised Bookings Manager to be the engine behind our client outreach and scheduling.
What you’ll do:
Reach out to new clients (developers, architects, real estate agents) and book discovery calls.
Manage our busy calendar and coordinate filming dates.
Be the first point of contact for clients and ensure smooth communication.
Handle day-to-day admin and support the production team.
What we’re looking for:
Strong organisation and time-management skills.
Confident communicator, professional and client-facing.
Experience in bookings, admin, or client management (real estate/design/media background a bonus).
Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable.
