- Salary: £26,000 per annum, plus the opportunity to earn a bonus of up to £1,000 per year
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Shifts: 7.5-hour shifts Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 8:00pm
- Weekend Working: 1 in 3 Saturdays (9:00am to 2:00pm)

Every conversation has the potential to make a positive impact. As a Collections Executive at Target Group, you'll work with customers experiencing financial difficulties, helping them find practical solutions and regain control of their finances.
This is a role where empathy, active listening, and problem-solving go hand in hand.
What You'll Be Doing
- Speaking with customers who have fallen into financial hardship against secured products such as Mortgages
- Taking the time to understand each customer's individual circumstances
- Conducting income and expenditure reviews to assess affordability
- Agreeing realistic and sustainable repayment arrangements tailored to customer needs
- Providing reassurance and support through clear, professional communication
- Identifying vulnerable customers and signposting them to appropriate support services where needed
- Delivering fair customer outcomes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Creating positive customer experiences by getting things right first time
You'll receive ongoing support from experienced Customer Managers and Subject Matter Experts, including:
- Regular one-to-one meetings, team huddles and coaching sessions
- Continuous feedback and development opportunities
- A collaborative team environment where colleagues support one another and put customers first
