What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across various business domains
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for successful project execution
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Facilitate effective communication between executives, steering committees, and project teams
• Establish and refine project management methodologies appropriate to project type and scale

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5+ years of progressive project management experience across diverse project types
• Proven track record managing business transformation, process improvement, and technology projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Project Management Certification (PMP)
• Knowledge of risk assessment design and delivery, and control design, implementation, and monitoring
• Experience managing vendor relationships and RFP processes
• Financial services or legal industry exposure
• Additional certifications (Agile, Six Sigma, Change Management) a plus
