2. About the Opportunity:

The Data Analyst III - Data Analytics & Reporting role is responsible for delivering complex data analysis and reporting that supports decision-making and operational improvements. This position provides clear, actionable insights to diverse stakeholders, contributing to the effectiveness of programs and compliance efforts. The role impacts how the organization uses data to enhance service delivery and business processes.


3. Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis using large datasets.

• Develop SQL scripts, stored procedures, and analytical processes to support reporting and data visualization.

• Perform statistical analyses and trend evaluations to inform decisions.

• Create and maintain datasets, reports, and summaries for monitoring and compliance.

• Utilize enterprise data platforms and analytical tools including SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, IBM SPSS, Python, Excel, and SSRS.

• Respond to data requests from leadership, business partners, and program staff.

• Provide technical assistance on data and analytical methodologies.

• Collaborate to define requirements and deliver analytical solutions.

• Initiate and conduct analytical projects supporting policy evaluation and operational improvements.

• Analyze public-sector data sources to identify trends and evaluate program outcomes.

• Develop structured datasets and documentation for analytical initiatives.

• Communicate findings and recommendations through reports, presentations, and data visualizations.


4. Requirements:

• Experience performing complex data analysis under minimal supervision.

• Ability to develop SQL scripts and use analytical tools such as Python, IBM SPSS, and reporting services.

• Skilled in statistical analysis and data visualization.

• Experience collaborating with business partners and communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.

• Proven ability to conduct analytical projects and apply data to improve operational outcomes.


5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $4,801.16 to $6,281.33 monthly.
