Role Description

We are hiring experienced US-based recruiters to run a full 360 recruitment desk within our Remote Talent Acquisition model. Potential to make about 250 a year.. Will have support from 40 recruiters also. This role owns client relationships, candidate strategy, and delivery while leveraging a dedicated recruiting team in India for sourcing, outreach, and early-stage candidate engagement. We will provide qualified jobs, You do not have to do cold calling. All verticals including Health Care.

You are accountable for results, not just activity.

Once a role becomes a Gold Star Job (client traction confirmed and contract signed), you fully own recruiting and placement for that role from start to finish.
