Marketing Project Coordinator

TITLE: Marketing Project Coordinator

LOCATION: Remote

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 06/04/2026 to 09/09/2026 (W2 with benefits)

Responsibilities:

• Provide project coordination and operational support to the Wipes brand team.
• Track key projects, manage product claims, and coordinate new item setup.
• Lead as the marketing point for Design Control, tracking progress and timelines for product and packaging changes.
• Manage recurring claims review meetings and maintain the claims management system for accuracy.
• Coordinate and oversee SKU vetting and serve as the initial contact for new item kick-offs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent of 3+ years of work experience, prior CPG experience is a plus.
• Strong project management skills to lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication, active listening skills.
• Proven analytical, detail-oriented skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, SharePoint, and graphics management systems.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG).
• Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate business needs.
• High standards of professionalism, decision-making, and adaptability.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $29.33 to $30.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
