Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Estimator for a contract-based remote role. The Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing comprehensive cost estimates for various projects, analyzing project requirements, generating accurate budgets, and collaborating with the design and project teams. The role requires strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members, and to ensure accurate project analysis and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Construction Estimating, Project Estimation, and Cost Management.
• Strong Budgeting and financial planning skills to ensure accurate and efficient project cost control.
• Excellent Communication abilities to interact with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset to assess project requirements and risks.
• Proficiency in relevant estimation and project management software is advantageous.
• Previous experience in refurbishment, shopfitting, or construction projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, building codes, and safety protocols is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field preferred.
