Role Overview We’re currently hiring a Director of Client Success to lead client engagement efforts, ensure exceptional post-sale experiences, and support long-term success for our customers. This commission-based, independent contractor position is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who is passionate about client outcomes, personal growth, and entrepreneurial flexibility. This is not a salaried employee role, and compensation is tied directly to performance and results. You’ll have the freedom to operate remotely, work flexible hours, and tap into world-class support, training, and a thriving international network of professionals. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement
  • Provide guidance and support as clients onboard and interact with our leadership development programs
  • Help identify client goals and align them with appropriate solutions and resources
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay aligned with product offerings and updates
  • Participate in professional development programs to strengthen leadership and coaching skills
  • Support client retention and upsell opportunities through value-driven communication

Your Background

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in client success, account management, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others succeed
  • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule with minimal oversight
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Growth mindset and interest in personal development content
  • Experience in digital marketing or online education is a plus (not required)
