, 20 hours per week Position: Virtual Assistant Company Overview: Stocker & Watts is a boutique real estate firm that specializes in residential property and commercial property transactions, the firm operates with a "team-first" philosophy designed to provide comprehensive, end-to-end support for buyers, sellers, and investors. We are currently looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our operations. Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize company emails, calendars, and schedules
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed
  • Handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing calls
  • Assist in managing social media accounts and online presence
  • Organize and maintain company files and documents
  • Assist with data entry and record-keeping
  • Monitor and order office supplies
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online tools
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable work environment
  • Available to work 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
