Stanton House is currently supporting an insurance business who is looking for an experienced Business Analyst/ PM to lead a strategic transformation project supporting our re-entry into the TPA (Third-Party Administrator) motor claims market. This is a high visibility role in a growing business, and is a great development opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager looking to progress their career. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of a new TPA platform implementation—from requirements gathering and process design to delivery—working closely with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and an external development partner in the Netherlands.
This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery in a high-impact environment, offering significant visibility, collaboration, and career growth as you help shape a major business initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of the Motor TPA platform project, managing requirements, process mapping, implementation, and governance.
- Oversee project planning, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment across workstreams.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external developers to define, validate, and deliver business and technical requirements.
- Support hands-on business analysis activities including workshops, documentation, and requirements validation.
- Maintain transparency through strong governance, progress tracking, and clear communication to senior stakeholders.
- Adapt plans to evolving business priorities while ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
About you
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst within motor insurance, ideally in TPA claims environments.
- Track record of delivering transformation or system implementation projects from initiation to go-live.
- Strong understanding of motor claims processes (personal injury, credit hire, claims management).
- Skilled in managing stakeholders, project plans, dependencies, and risks in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex requirements for both technical and business audiences.
- Energetic, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
- Comfortable working virtually, with occasional travel to UK offices (Southampton, London, Birmingham) and collaboration with overseas partners.
- Typically, 5+ years’ experience in insurance or financial services project management/business analysis.
