The Job:
As the Network Project Analyst, youâll be part of our Business Analysis team working as a remote employee. Youâll get to:
- Analyze and optimize business processes to align IT solutions with organizational goals.
- Lead requirements gathering and collaborate closely with business users to identify needs and define solutions.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
- Coordinate end-to-end project delivery, including site decommissioning, relocations, and greenfield site buildouts.
- Partner with Infrastructure Engineers to develop and review network designs and documentation.
- Conduct policy audits and ensure compliance with SBD standards across all sites.
- Work with Architects and Developers to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Prepare and deliver clear documentation and training materials to support business and IT teams.
- Liaise with third-party vendors to implement standardized IT infrastructure solutions.
- Serve as a central point of coordination for IT Infrastructure projects, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.

- English language on fluent level.
- Hands-on knowledge of Cisco switches, Wi-Fi access points, Palo Alto firewalls, and Panduit cabling technologies.
- Experience in running RFP processes and selecting optimal solution providers.
- Demonstrated project management abilities, including end-to-end delivery, business change management and strong skills in translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Practical knowledge of tools and techniques supporting planning, analysis, development, testing, and implementation of systems and services.
