Join a fast-growing technology software company and help shape the learning experiences that power our global Engineering, Product & Design (EPD) teams.

We’re looking for a Learning & Development Project Manager / Program Manager to lead onboarding and technical enablement across EMEA—owning delivery of programs like AI Academy, Udemy on-demand learning and new hire onboarding. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in managing talent development projects, facilitation, communication and learner experience design.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the coordination & delivery of onboarding of new hires across EMEA - coordinating schedules, content, communications and cross-functional logistics across time zones
  • Craft & Manage rollout of innovative technical learning programs (e.g., AI Academy, Udemy) ensuring high-quality resources and learner engagement
  • Use tools like Google Sheets, LMS dashboards and surveys
  • Create engaging learning materials, decks and event pages
  • Draft and send learning communications – welcome emails, reminders, follow-ups
  • Partner with HR, IT, Security & Engineering to streamline onboarding
  • Track participation, analyse feedback and improve learning outcomes
  • Support global L&D initiatives: culture programs, coaching, leadership sessions

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience delivering L&D or onboarding programs in a Tech/SaaS environment
  • Excellent Project Management & facilitation skills
  • Confidence facilitating engaging sessions independently
  • Strong coordination skills across global time zones
  • You must be Tach Savvy & Comfortable using with tools like Google Slides, Canva, Synthesia, LMS dashboards
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and learner-focused design
  • Analytical mindset—able to track, interpret, and act on learner data

Coding skills are not essential, but technical learning familiarity is a major plus.
