About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Associate to help drive our digital presence and marketing execution. You'll own day-to-day content and social media work while gaining exposure to reporting, marketing automation, and AI-powered marketing tools. This is a great fit for an early-career marketer who's organized, curious, and eager to grow their skills in a fast-moving, tech-forward environment — fully remote, with real ownership from day one.
What You'll Do
- Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels
- Create, schedule, and publish LinkedIn and other social media content
- Write and develop content including social posts, blogs, newsletters, and digital materials
- Manage blog publishing in WordPress, keeping content accurate, timely, and optimized
- Support email marketing and marketing automation efforts
- Maintain and update website content and marketing collateral
- Pull, organize, and analyze marketing and social media performance data
- Track key metrics and turn results into actionable recommendations
- Support lead generation and audience engagement initiatives
- Explore and implement AI tools to improve content, research, reporting, and efficiency
- Stay current on marketing technology, AI tools, and digital marketing trends
- Partner with the team on special projects as they come up
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of marketing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfort managing multiple projects and deadlines at once
- A creative mindset and interest in building engaging content
- Strong technology skills and appetite for learning new platforms
- Bonus: experience with AI tools (Claude or similar) for content, research, or productivity
- Ability to work independently and collaborate well within a team
