Freelance Enrollment Navigator

The enrollment navigator works with clinical research sites to support patient enrollment and retention through tactical planning, hands-on coaching, and patient navigation. Serves as a primary liaison between study sponsors and site stakeholders, including investigators, coordinators, healthcare professionals, and community partners. Guides patients through the clinical trial process (where applicable) while providing operational support to study sites and delivering site-level services using data-driven tools to optimize recruitment, retention, and overall site performance. Must be based in Germany.

• Preferred freelancer rate range • 40-60 Euro
• Time Zone: Germany

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience working directly with clinical trial sites, physicians, and/or patients in healthcare, community, or clinical settings.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent in the local/native language of the country of assignment.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and data privacy.
• Contractors must provide their own computer and reliable high speed internet access.
• Contractors must provide their own smartphone for two factor authentication security.
