We're Hiring — Sales Executive | spc3.com

We're a fast-growing procurement technology company helping enterprise organisations transform how they manage suppliers, invoices, and sourcing — and we're looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our team.

What You'll Do

This is a business development role where you'll own the front end of our sales process — identifying the right organisations, opening conversations, and connecting prospects with our solutions. You'll develop and execute a structured approach to generating new business, working closely with our leadership team who step in to support you through the sales journey.

You won't be selling in the dark. Our products have proven results and happy clients behind them. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to play a key role in driving growth and making a measurable impact on the business.

What You'll Bring

— 2–4 years experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar outbound role

— Ability to develop and execute a structured calling plan to generate new business

— Strong ability to build rapport, engage people, and develop genuine relationships quickly

— A confident communicator, comfortable reaching out and holding conversations with senior stakeholders

— Self-motivated with strong pipeline management skills

— A track record of meeting or exceeding targets

— No prior technology sales experience required — we value attitude, communication, and drive over background

What You Get

— $60,000 base salary

— On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 – $200,000+ (uncapped)

— Qualified Demo Commission — earn on every qualified opportunity you book

— Sales Commission — rewarded on every deal that closes from your pipeline

— Annual Revenue Bonus — share in the company’s growth at year end

— Fully remote and flexible — work from wherever works for you
