We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications that drive critical business capabilities. This role requires deep expertise in backend development, modern front-end technologies, cloud-native architectures, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale web applications and distributed systems that support business-critical operations.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-quality technical solutions.
- Build and enhance backend services, APIs, and application components using modern software engineering best practices.
- Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end applications and reusable UI components using contemporary JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
- Design and implement microservices-based architectures that support scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, quality engineers, DevOps teams, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability across backend and frontend systems.
- Develop and maintain database schemas, queries, and integrations to support application functionality and performance requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, technical planning, and architecture decision-making activities.
- Support CI/CD processes, automated deployments, and cloud-based application delivery practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Contribute to technical documentation, engineering standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise software applications in production environments.
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and system architecture principles.
- Advanced experience with Java development and modern application frameworks.
- Strong expertise designing and building RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Proven experience implementing and supporting microservices architectures within enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience developing modern front-end applications using React or similar component-based frameworks.
- Strong SQL and database development skills with experience working with relational database management systems.
- Experience with source control management, CI/CD pipelines, code review processes, and release management workflows.
- Experience deploying and supporting applications on public cloud platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within Agile development environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with event-driven architectures, message-driven systems, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies and cloud-native deployment practices.
- Understanding of distributed systems concepts, resiliency patterns, scalability strategies, and service reliability practices.

- Exposure to performance optimization, monitoring, observability, and application health management solutions.
